Brandon has proudly served the Union for a decade, holding past roles as Secretary, Board Member, and Vice-President before becoming President. At home, he cherishes life with his wife Caitlin and their three amazing sons—Cayden, Landon, and Declan. He finds joy in family time, biking, skiing, and watching his boys grow.
Deeply committed to the Fire Service, Brandon views his work as a calling. His involvement in the Union stems from a strong belief in solidarity, support, and protecting the well-being of fellow members. Thomas has proudly served as a Union member since June 2013, following five dedicated years with the Teamsters Local 118. Over his career, he has held multiple positions within the Union, including Vice President, Board of Director, and member of key committees such as Constitution and Bylaws, Contract Negotiations, and Grievance.
At home, Thomas enjoys life with his wonderful wife and their son, both of whom fully support his commitment to upholding the values and hard work that strengthen this Local. A devoted Buffalo Bills fan, he loves attending games with his son and sharing that passion together. Outside of work, Thomas enjoys restoring and appreciating classic cars, long motorcycle road trips, riding ATVs, and spending time outdoors.
Deeply committed to the principles of solidarity, fairness, and equality, Thomas believes being part of the Union is about more than representation—it’s about building a stronger, more just future for all members. As Vice President, he strives to ensure every worker has a voice, is treated with respect, and never stands alone in the face of adversity.
David has been an active Union member for four years, previously serving as a Board Member before stepping into his current role as Treasurer. Married to his wife Jamie for a decade, they enjoy spending time with loved ones and traveling the world together.
A passionate traveler and avid SCUBA diver, David has explored destinations like India, Thailand, and Costa Rica, diving in the Great Lakes and across multiple oceans.

I’ve proudly been a member of IAFF Local 3792 for the past seven years. For me, being part of this union is about more than just representing firefighters — it’s about being part of a family that looks out for one another, stands together in tough times, and works toward a better future for all of us.
The union has played a big role in my career, helping ensure we have the support, protection, and respect we need to do our jobs safely and effectively. I’m proud to contribute to an organization that fights not only for its members but also for the values that matter most: brotherhood, accountability, and service.
Outside of work, I’m a husband and a father to two amazing young boys. They’re my greatest motivation and the reason I give everything I can to this career and to the union that helps protect the families behind the badge.
It’s an honor to serve alongside the men and women of IAFF Local 3792 and to be part of a union that truly feels like home.
